This 1963 Fender Telecaster is in player-grade condition and an absolute joy to play. It's a single-owner instrument, originally purchased when the owner was in middle school and played extensively over the years. The original blonde finish was stripped after heavy use on the northern Minnesota bar circuit and replaced with a stain that gives it a look reminiscent of a late-'60s Rosewood Tele.
The guitar has been carefully refretted, with the frets dressed and polished to enhance playability. The pickups and pots are original, though some of the wiring has been replaced. It also comes with the original blonde case.
The ’63 neck profile is chunkier than those from the late ’50s and early ’60s, and this one feels fantastic with its worn-in finish. This guitar truly stands out—it's a special one.
