The 1964 Gibson ES-330 is a true vintage classic — lightweight, fully hollow, and dripping with the woody, open tone that made these guitars a staple of early rock, blues, and British Invasion recordings. This example is in player-grade condition, offering all the vintage vibe and sound of a mid-’60s ES-330 at a more accessible price point.
Unlike its center-blocked sibling, the ES-335, the ES-330 features a fully hollow thinline maple body, giving it a more acoustic, airy response with enhanced resonance and natural compression. The pair of original P-90 pickups deliver everything from chimey cleans to gritty, snarling overdrive with incredible touch sensitivity. Roll back the volume and you get articulate sparkle; dig in and it barks.
This 1964 model features the desirable slim early-to-mid ’60s neck profile — comfortable and fast without feeling too thin — paired with a Brazilian rosewood fingerboard and classic small block inlays. The trapeze tailpiece and ABR-1 bridge complete the vintage aesthetic and feel.
Being player-grade, this guitar shows honest wear and may have had typical maintenance or modifications over the years (such as refret, changed parts, or cosmetic wear), but it remains structurally solid and stage-ready. It’s a guitar meant to be played, not kept in a case.
