This 1949 Martin 00-17 is a wonderful example of Martin’s postwar craftsmanship—lightweight, resonant, and effortlessly musical. The smaller 00 body size offers excellent comfort and projection, making it a favorite for fingerstyle and recording work alike.
This guitar has been well cared for and thoughtfully maintained over the years. It features new tuners, a top crack repair between the pickguard and bridge that has been professionally cleated, and a refret (likely done during a past neck reset).
